TGFXprime respects each individual's right to privacy. We value our relationship with you, and we take great care in protecting the data that is submitted to us by our valued clients. The provisions of this notice apply to former clients as well as our current clients.

When you apply for or maintain a live trading account with TGFXprime, we collect personal information about you for business purposes, such as evaluating your financial profile, processing your requests and transactions, informing you about products and services that may be of interest, and providing customer service. • Verification Information: Information which is necessary in verifying your identity, such as a passport or driver’s license.

• Contact information (email address and phone number)  
• National Identity, passport proof of ID, and address verification  
Examples also include background information about you we receive from public records or from other entities not affiliated with TGFXprime. Established financial regulations require us to collect certain information and take actions necessary to verify your identity.  

Purpose of collection 
We may be required to retain and use personal data to meet our internal and external audit requirements, for data security purposes and as we believe to be necessary or appropriate:  
• To comply with our obligations under applicable law and regulations, which may include laws and regulations outside your country of residence.  
• To monitor compliance with and enforce our Platform terms and conditions.  
• To carry out anti-money laundering, sanctions or Know Your Customer checks as required by applicable laws and regulations.  
We may also be required to use and retain personal data after you have closed your account for legal, regulatory and compliance reasons, such as the prevention, detection or investigation of a crime; loss prevention; or fraud prevention.

TGFXprime may set and access TGFXprime cookies on your computer, enabling us to learn which advertisements and promotions bring users to our web site. TGFXprime or any of its divisions may use cookies in connection with TGFXprime's products and services to track your activities on our web sites. Such information that we collect and share would be anonymous and not personally identifiable.

TGFXprime utilizes Secure Socket Layer(s) (SSL) encryption technology in order to protect certain information that you submit. SSL encryption technology protects against having your information intercepted by a second and or third party other than TGFXprime while it is being transmitted to TGFXprime. TGFXprime strives to ensure that our Web site(s) is secure and that it meets with industry standards. We also use other safeguards such as firewalls, authentication systems (e.g., passwords and personal identification numbers), and access control mechanisms to control unauthorized access to systems and data.  

Sharing Information with Our Affiliates  
TGFXprime may share personal information described above with our affiliates for business purposes, such as, but not limited to, servicing customer accounts and informing customers about new products and services, or to aid in the trading activity of the company, its affiliates, or employees, and as permitted by applicable law. Our affiliates may include companies controlled or owned by us as well as companies that have an ownership interest in our company. The information we share with affiliates may include any of the information described above, such as your name, address, trading and account information. Our affiliates maintain the privacy of your information to the same extent TGFXprime does in accordance with this Policy.  

Sharing Information with Third Parties  
TGFXprime does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as described in this Policy. Third party disclosures may include sharing such information with non-affiliated companies that perform support services for your account or facilitate your transactions with TGFXprime, including those that provide professional, legal, or accounting advice to TGFXprime. Nonaffiliated companies that assist TGFXprime in providing services to you are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information to the extent they receive it and to use your personal information only in the course of providing such services and only for the purposes that TGFXprime dictates. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties to fulfill your instructions or pursuant to your expressed consent. We want you to know that TGFXprime will not sell your personal information.  

Data Retention  
We will retain your personal data for a minimum of five years or for as long as we reasonably require it for legal or business purposes. In determining data retention periods, we take into account local laws, contractual obligations, and the expectations and requirements of our customers. When we no longer need personal data, we securely delete or destroy it.  

Opt Out  
There is no outstanding obligation to provide TGFXprime with any quantity of the personal information we may request, however, failure to provide the required personal information may result in TGFXprime being unable to open and maintain an account or provide additional service. While TGFXprime strives to ensure all information we hold on one of our clients is accurate, complete and up-to-date, you can assist us considerably by notifying us promptly upon the change of any personal information.  

Correction and deletion  
We respect your right to access and control your personal data. We will respond to requests for personal data and, where applicable, will correct, amend or delete your personal data.  

You have the right to correct or amend your personal data if it is inaccurate or requires updating. You may also have the right to request us to delete your personal data. However, we will be required to maintain your personal data to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements as well as in accordance with our internal compliance requirements in relation to maintaining records.
